Rezgo is a subscription product developed, managed, and maintained by Sentias Software Corp. Sentias is a software development company located in North Vancouver, BC Canada. The Rezgo software has been in development, in some form, since mid 2003 when it was originally created to allow travel agents and tour operators to manage and display in-house specials and packages on their websites. The first version of the In-house Specials module was relatively simple but worked well for many years. Shortly after, a Booking add-on for the In-house Specials module was developed which allows consumers to purchase tour products directly on the tour operator's website using a credit card. The product did not manage inventory or availability.

 

After a significant amount of research and development into the viability of a fully hosted ASP (Application Service Provider) based system, Sentias began work on the Booking Server (now known as Rezgo), a next generation product management and delivery system. The development of the Booking Server was focused on the following key goals:

 

1. Integration with our existing administration framework.

2. Multi-lingual support for Asian character sets.

3. Ease of use

4. Fully branded consumer booking engine

5. XML API for delivery of product through other websites and systems.
